Summer Packet
These are digital copies of the documents shared with you by your Precalc teacher last June. There are a total of 50 problems to be completed before the course begins in September. I would encourage you to complete these in the weeks just prior to the start of school to maximize the benefit of the review. Before diving into the problems for a particular section, it is essential that you read the corresponding section of the textbook. I have also included my PowerPoint slides as notes to help you identify the high-priority information as you read. You are encouraged to add your own comments and work to these pages. You should expect to be tested on anything that appears in these notes. As you complete the problems, note any that you have questions on. We will review these during the first week of school. As we discuss this summer problem set, I will assign follow-up assignments to help us refine and master these skills before taking the prerequisite skills exam. Although I will not be grading these summer problems for correctness, your effort and overall quality of work on these 50 problems will be evaluated for credit.
